Refund policy

Every Storaro Art piece is printed to order for you from Vittorio Storaro's original photographic work. Because each item is made individually after you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a different size or color choice, or if you simply don't like the item. Please check sizes and product details before ordering, and contact us at sales@storaroart.com with any questions first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. To make a claim:

  • Email sales@storaroart.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the problem (and of the packaging if it was damaged in transit).
  • Please keep the item and packaging until we confirm. If we ask you to send the item back, we pay the return shipping.

We review claims within 3 business days and then send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement.

Order cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before it goes into production, for a full refund. After that the item is already being made and cannot be cancelled.

Books

Books ship from our stock. Unopened books in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged books are replaced free of charge.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.

International orders

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the buyer. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep any rights they have under local consumer law; nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop

Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's return and refund process.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to show the credit.
